The La Cima Gourmet Restaurant, with its splendid view of Monte Pelmo, offers the best Cadore, regional and national specialties for both lunch and dinner. You will recognize in the cuisine of Cadore a refined, generous and delicious culinary art. The chefs enhance the dishes with ingredients that stand out for their flavour, fragrance and quality. We also offer a daily menu for celiacs, vegetarians and vegans with selected products.

The mastery of our chefs can also become your trump card for organizing parties and ceremonies in Room Five or in the Dolomiti Lounge. They will be able to seduce you with appetizers and courses of all kinds: a real pleasure, for the palate and for the eyes.

Let yourself be enraptured by the inimitable casunziei and canederli, polenta accompanied by mushrooms, speck and local cheeses and – to top it off – by the inimitable goodness of strudel!

In case of booking only night and breakfast, the use of the half or full board service, we invite you to inform the reception by 10.00 of the same day. Otherwise you can opt for the a la carte menu. The menu of the day includes 5 courses with plenty of choice, freshly prepared. Appetizers, side dishes and desserts are buffet style. Enjoy your meal!
