The tour can begin , starting from an altitude of 910 m after parking the machine next to the parish church of SS . Simon and Thaddeus in Borca di Cadore.
Keeping the church on your right you go down to the river Boite , crossing the bridge , turn left and then turn after a few tens of meters on the right , the trail begins to climb , it takes 5 minutes to meet at ” Piaza of ciavai ” a clearing with a fence.
Continuing on board the trail, on the right you can see a bench ” for those who want to rest,” just a few more minutes , the slope increases and retrieved from the noise of the waterfall you take the path into the woods on the right, 200 meters and here’s the cascade of Ru de Assola .

We are at an altitude of 1100 m, at the foot of the waterfall there are benches and picnic tables .
